A delicious fall dessert with crispy apples, rich caramel and brown sugar topping.
Place cookie dough on the bottom of a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan, flatten until all dough is spread out on bottom of pan
Spread apple filling on top of dough
Mix brown sugar, flour and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of apple filling
Bake in a preheated 375* oven for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and cookies are cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes
