Caramel Apple Crisp with Apple Caramel Cookies

A delicious fall dessert with crispy apples, rich caramel and brown sugar topping.

  • 1 pkg Apple Caramel Cookies
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter


  1. Place cookie dough on the bottom of a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan, flatten until all dough is spread out on bottom of pan

  2. Spread apple filling on top of dough

  3. Mix brown sugar, flour and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of apple filling

  4. Bake in a preheated 375* oven for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and cookies are cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes
