chicken broth

white rice

dried cranberries

chopped apple

Instructions
Cook rice according to package directions, using water and chicken broth as the liquid
After rice is finished cooking, turn off heat and add dried cranberries and apple pieces
Stir to mix and fluff rice
Cover pot with a lid and let sit for 5 minutes
Fluff rice again with a spoon and serve
