Mexican Hamburger And Rice
Easy to make supper, this Mexican hamburger and rice dish will be a favorite go-to meal!

Ingredients
1 ½
lb
hamburger
(cooked, drained)
1 ½
cup
rice
, uncooked
3
cups
water
1
can diced tomatoes with chili's
(drained)
1
small can
(6 oz) tomato sauce
Instructions
Cook hamburger (adding salt and pepper to taste), set aside
Boil rice in water according to package directions
When rice is done, add rice to hamburger in skillet
Turn burner on medium/low and add tomato sauce and drained tomatoes
Stir and cook until heated through
Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips, if desired
