Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

flour

baking powder

sugar

salt

eggs
, slightly beaten

milk

oil
1 ½
teaspoon
vanilla

blueberries
Instructions
Mix together all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt) in a bowl.
In another bowl, combine the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
Stir into the dry ingredients.
Fold in the blueberries.
Preheat lightly greased griddle to 325*. Taking a ladle, scoop batter onto griddle.
Cook until batter starts to bubble, then flip pancake over. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
