Strawberry Cream Cheese Cake
box French Vanilla cake mix
(and ingredients listed on back of box)
box cream cheese
container Cool Whip
to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
(washed, stems removed and quartered)
white chocolate chips
Make the cake according to package directions.
When cake is done baking, let cool for 10 minutes then remove from circle or 9x13 pan.
Let cake cool completely.
Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer.
Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
Fold in white chocolate chips.
Fold in 1/2 cup strawberries (or more or less, depending on how much you want on top).
Slice your cake in half, horizontally.
Spread cream cheese filling on bottom half of sliced cake.
Put top half of cake on top of filling.
Spread rest of Cool Whip on top of cake and place the remaining strawberries on top.
