Cream Cheese Pound Cake With Strawberries and Blueberries
This cream cheese pound cake is a perfect dessert for company, complete with the fruit you top it with.

Ingredients

cup
softened butter
2 ½
cups
sugar

(8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
5
eggs
2 ½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
3
cups
flour
¼
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
baking powder
Instructions
In a large bowl, using a hand mixer or stand mixer, cream together butter, sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
Adding the eggs one at a time, mix well until each are blended in.
Mix in the extracts.
Combine the flour, salt and baking powder in a small bowl and mix.
Add the flour mixture, little at a time until blended in.
Pour mixture into a greased tube pan.
Bake at 350* for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center tests clean.
Cool for 10-15 minutes then remove from pan and let cool on a cooling rack.
Top with fruit or whipped cream as desired.
