Gooey Butter Brownies
These gooey butter brownies are soft, moist and full of chocolate. Made from cream cheese and a brownie mix, these cookies are quick to make and delicious!

Ingredients

butter

cream cheese

egg

box
brownie mix

tablespoons
milk
Instructions
Mix softened cream cheese and softened butter in a medium bowl with a hand mixer.
Add egg and mix just until combined.
Add brownie mix and milk.
Mix well.
Lightly grease two cookie sheets.
Scoop a walnut sized cookie batter and place on sheets.
Bake at 350* for 15 minutes or until done.
Let cool then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
