Homemade ice cream used to be complicated. Not anymore. This No Churn Caramel Pretzel Ice Cream will leave your family wanting seconds--and it only takes a few minutes to make!
Using a Kitchen-Aid Mixer or hand mixer, pour the heavy whipping cream into a large bowl and whip on medium high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3-4 minutes)
Transfer a small amount of the heavy whipping cream (I simply scooped some up using my spatula) and fold it into the sweetened condensed milk
Now slowly pour the sweetened condensed milk into the whipping cream, gently folding as you go
Don't over stir and fold gently
When the milk is incorporated, pour half into a loaf pan
Add the caramel and pretzels
Pour the rest of the mixture on top of the caramel and pretzels
You can swirl a knife through the ice cream to mix up the caramel and pretzels if you want to
Using a spatula, smooth the top of the ice cream so it is flat and smooth (as much as possible, it doesn't have to be perfect!
Place a piece of wax paper on top (just for freezer burn sake)
