Cheeseburger Soup
Cheeseburger Soup is a delicious and enjoyable soup perfect for those cold months.

Ingredients
3
cans chicken broth
1
cup
water
1
lb
hamburger
(browned and drained)
2
carrots chopped
½
cup
chopped onion
3
medium potatoes
, peeled and diced
1
cup
cheddar cheese
2
tablespoons
cornstarch
water
garlic powder
, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Take 2 tablespoons butter and melt over medium heat
Add carrots and onion and saute for 5 minutes
Add broth, water and browned hamburger
Season with desired garlic powder, salt and pepper
Bring to a bowl then add potatoes, stirring occasionally
While potatoes are cooking,make cornstarch/water mixture by mixing cornstarch and about ¼ cup water in a small mug
After potatoes are cooked (about 12-14 minutes), add cornstarch mixture to the pot, stirring while adding
Let soup thicken (2-3 minutes if you want it thicker, add a little more cornstarch/water mixture)
Add cheese slowly while stirring
Serve with crackers or bread
