When the mixture starts to boil, reduce heat to medium and add egg noodles.
Cook for 7 minutes or until noodles are soft, stirring occasionally.
When noodles are soft, remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese.

Notes
Additional cheese can be added if desired.The noodles need to be partially covered by liquid. If not, add more water or beef broth. The noodles DO NOT need to be completely covered. You will be stirring occasionally so the noodles will be in contact with the liquid throughout the cooking process.
