Ingredients

ground beef

egg

milk

cup
bread crumbs

finely chopped green onion
salt and pepper to taste

bottle
Kikkoman Sweet and Sour Sauce

cup
Minute White Rice

can
Dole Chunk Pineapple in 100% Juice
Instructions
Mix ground beef, milk, egg, bread crumbs, green onion and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl
Shape meatballs (1-2 inches) and place in a well greased skillet
Brown the meatballs on all sides over medium heat
Drain any grease and return to stove top
Add bottle of Sweet and Sour Sauce and pineapple to pan and reduce heat
Let simmer, covered, for 10 minutes, turning meatballs after 5 minutes
Meanwhile, make rice according to package directions
Serve on a bed of rice, top with meatballs and pineapple
