Coffee Cinnamon Rolls With Latte Frosting will be a breakfast recipe you will want to make again and again. Coffee flavor mixed with cinnamon and brown sugar.
Mix with hook attachment on low until blending then on medium for 4-5 minutes
Place covered in a warm spot until doubled in size (about 1 hour)
Mix again for 4-5 minutes
Let rise until doubled (30 minutes - 1 hour)
Put on lightly floured surface and roll into a rectangle
Mix together filling ingredients (except butter) in a small bowl
Spread butter evenly on dough
Sprinkle with topping ingredients
Roll up dough, starting with longest side
Cut into 1 inch sections (or larger, depending on how big you want the rolls)
Place on greased baking sheet and bake @375* for 20-22 minutes until done
Let cool, then mix frosting ingredients with a whisk. If you don't have a latte drink mix, you can omit it from the frosting. You will have a regular frosting then-still delicious
