Ingredients

cups
flour

cup
butter
(softened)

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
salt
¾
cup
sugar

teaspoon
vanilla
2
eggs
¾
cup
sour cream
For The Center Filling
1
cup
brown sugar
1
tablespoon
cinnamon
For The Topping
1
stick butter
1
cup
brown sugar
1
cup
flour
2
teaspoons
cinnamon
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar together in a bowl (I used my stand mixer)
Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla and mix just until blended
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt
Set aside
Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling
Pour ½ batter into an "angel food cake pan" (greased)
Sprinkle filling over the top of the batter
Add the other ½ of batter
Mix together topping ingredients (brown sugar, flour and cinnamon)
Mix in butter (I use my hands) until mixture is like crumbs
Sprinkle on top of batter
Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until cake tests done
Let cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan
