Peach Streusel Bread
Peach Streusel Bread is great for breakfast or as a snack. Works great in a lunch box too!

Ingredients

egg

sugar

milk

cup
vegetable oil

teaspoon
vanilla

all-purpose flour

teaspoon
salt

teaspoons
baking powder

fresh peaches
, chopped and peeled
For the Streusel Topping
¼
cup
flour
½
cup
brown sugar
2
T
butter
(softened)

teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Mix the egg and sugar together.
Add milk, oil and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in the flour, salt, baking powder. Fold in the peaches.
Spread in one greased loaf pan.
For The Topping
Mix the flour, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon together.
Sprinkle over the peach batter.
Bake in a 350* oven for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
