Ingredients

oil
(or equal amounts of applesauce)

eggs

canned pumpkin

pkg instant vanilla pudding
2
cups
flour
1 ½
cups
sugar
1 ½
teaspoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
baking soda

cups
Ocean Spray
(R) Craisins (R) Dried Cranberries
Instructions
Mix oil and eggs together
Stir in pumpkin and vanilla pudding
Add in flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda and stir well
Fold in the Craisins (R) Dried Cranberries
Grease two loaf pans
Bake at 350* for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
