Ingredients

brown sugar

cup
butter
(softened)

eggs

cups
flour
1
teaspoon
baking soda
1
teaspoon
baking powder
½
teaspoon
salt
1
cup
milk
2
teaspoon
vanilla
2
cups
quick oatmeal
1 ½
cups
blueberries
(fresh or frozen)
Instructions
Mix together brown sugar and butter
Stir in the eggs
Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
Stir in milk and vanilla
Mix in oatmeal until completely incorporated
Fold in blueberries
Grease 23 muffin cups
Fill each cup ¾ full
Bake at 375* for 16 minutes or until tests done with a toothpick
Let cool and serve
