stir fry vegetables
, broccoli, snap peas, carrots, etc

cup
rice
, cooked according to package directions

orange
, cut in half

teaspoon
soy sauce
Olive Oil
Instructions
Drizzle 2 Tablespoons olive oil into a frying pan
Heat on medium heat for 1 minute then add vegetables
Add soy sauce and squeeze juice from orange, right into pan
Cook and stir until desired doneness (about 5-6 minutes)
While cooking stir fry, cook rice according to package directions
Add cooked chicken or beef if desired
