Cheesy Italian Bread
Cheesy Italian Bread with Italian Seasoning and cheesy scattered throughout. Topped with garlic seasoning, this bread is flavorful and delicious!

Ingredients

of warmed milk
(about 40 seconds in the microwave)

sugar

oil

teaspoon
salt

flour
(I used unbleached)

yeast

butter
, melted

teaspoon
Italian Seasoning

garlic powder

Mozzerella cheese
Instructions
Add egg, milk, sugar, oil, salt, flour and yeast to Kitchen Aid Mixer or bread machine in that order
For Mixer
Using dough hook, knead dough for 5 minutes
Remove and let rise in warm place until double in size
Knead dough again
Let rise in warm place until double in size
For Bread Machine
Add first 7 ingredients to machine
Set on dough cycle
For Both
Roll out on floured surface into rectangle
Mix butter and garlic powder and spread on dough
Sprinkle cheese on dough as well
Roll up starting with long side and place dough in a greased angel food cake pan
Let sit in a warm place for 30 minutes
If you want, you can take 2 T melted butter and Italian season seasoning and brush the top of the dough
Bake at 375* for 35-40 minutes or until done
