Ingredients

package Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops
1 ½
cups
uncooked rice
3
cups
water
1
can
(12 oz) diced tomatoes with chili's
½
cup
chopped red peppers
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese

T
taco seasoning
Instructions
Cut Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops in bite sized pieces and place in frying pan, coated with 2 T olive oil
Cook on medium heat until cooked through and no longer pink
Sprinkle 2 T taco seasoning onto Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops
Stir
Meanwhile, boil 3 cups of water and rice on stove. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes until rice is cooked and fluffy
Mix rice, tomatoes (with juice), Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops, peppers in a greased 9 quart square baking dish
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake in a 375* oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through
