Ingredients

For The Crust
1 ½
cup
all purpose flour

Tablespoon
sugar
¼
teaspoon
salt

cup
oil

milk
can use almond milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, oil, milk (the crust ingredients) into a medium bowl and stir.
Spread up the bottom and sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie pan.
Bake for 10 minutes or until crust is starting to to light brown.
While the crust is baking, melt cream, chocolate chips, butter and sugar in a medium sauce pan, stirring often.
After chocolate is melted and sugar is incorporated in, stir in the egg yolks, mixing constantly.
Cook until mixture is thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Stir in whipped cream.
Pour into crust.
Chill for at least 3 hours. The pie will be firm.
Cover with whipped cream and chocolate shavings (the shavings are optional), slice and serve.
