Ingredients

potatoes
washed

cup
olive oil

tablespoon
ranch dip mix

tablespoon
Parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Lightly grease baking sheet with cooking spray.
Cut the washed potatoes into wedges. Cut the potato into half lengthwise, then half again, then half again.
Place potatoes into a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Using hands or spoon, coat the potatoes with the oil.
Add the ranch and Parmesan cheese.
Toss until coated.
Spread on the baking sheet greased with cooking spray. Making sure the potatoes are evenly spread out.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream or cheese if desired.
