Spread wax paper down on a cookie sheet or on top of a countertop.
Place sprinkles and crushed peppermint in bowls.
Melt almond bark in microwave safe dish according to package directions. Approximately for 1 minute, then stir. Then 30 second intervals, stirring each time until completely melted.
Dip wafer cookies in the almond bark, then sprinkle on the toppings.
Set on wax paper then let set up and cool.
Store in an airtight container on the counter.
Notes
Vanilla wafer cookies were used in this recipe, however strawberry or chocolate can be used as well!
