Smucker's caramel topping

Instructions
Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla in a medium bowl with a mixer
Spread mixture on a small 8 inch plate or in a square dish
Cover with caramel sauce and sprinkle with almonds and chocolate chips, if desired
Serve with apples, refrigerate any leftovers
