Ingredients

Roma tomatoes
sliced

Tablespoons
margarine
softened

teaspoon
garlic
granules

teaspoon
Italian Seasoning

Mozzarella cheese
shredded

cup
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*
Mix softened butter (I microwave it for 12 seconds), Italian seasoning and garlic granules
Place flatbread on baking sheet
Spread butter mixture on flatbread
Place sliced tomatoes on top of butter
Sprinkle cheeses on top of tomatoes, evenly
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon more of Italian Seasoning on top of cheese, if desired
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
Cut the flatbread into squares and serve
