Instructions
Layer carrots, peeled potatoes, roast in that order in a slow cooker
Add the two stalks of celery. (On the side or where ever it fits)
Add salt, pepper, onion, garlic powder on top of roast
Pour beef broth around the sides of the crock pot
Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 10
