Ingredients

cups
O'Brien Hashbrown Potatoes
frozen

eggs
⅔
cup
heavy whipping cream
you can use regular milk
1
cup
cheddar cheese
2
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Add potatoes and cheese to a large bowl, set aside
Pour heavy cream in small bowl and whisk in eggs
Pour over potatoes and cheese and mix well
Pour mixture into a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan
Bake at 400* for 1 hour until eggs are firm
Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes. Serve
