Ingredients

white sugar

eggs

vegetable oil

all purpose flour
I use unbleached, can use bleached

teaspoon
baking soda
½
teaspoon
salt

instant chocolate pudding mix
1 small box

oz
pumpkin puree
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
1
cup
chocolate chips
powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*
Mix together oil and sugar until blended
Add eggs and stir well
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt until blended completely
Stir in pumpkin and cinnamon
Stir in chocolate pudding mix then fold in chocolate chips
Pour mixture into a greased bundt cake pan
Bake at 350* for 60 minutes or until cake tests done
*Oven temperatures vary. You may want to check your cake at 50 minutes to see where it is at*
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes
Loosen cake from sides of pan using a knife and turn the cake out onto a cake tray or plate, using oven mitts if necessary
