Ingredients

ground beef
can use 1 ½ lbs

tomato sauce
1 ½
cups
seasoned bread crumbs

eggs

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper

teaspoon
garlic powder

cup
ketchup
¾
cup
brown sugar
1
teaspoon
liquid smoke
Instructions
Place raw meat into a bowl. Add ¾ can of tomato sauce, eggs, 1 cup bread crumbs, seasonings to taste. Mix all together with your hands. Roll mixture into 1-2 inch balls, depending on how big you like the meatballs to be.
Place meatballs in a lightly greased crockpot
Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke
Pour over meatballs
Cook on low heat in Crockpot for 6 hours
Serve on bread, rice, noodles or plain
