Crockpot BBQ Meatballs

Easy crockpot BBQ meatballs with a homemade BBQ sauce only has a few ingredients and cooks while you are away. A simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef can use 1 1/2 lbs
  • 4 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke

Instructions

  • Place raw meat into a bowl.  Add 3/4 can of tomato sauce, eggs, 1 cup bread crumbs, seasonings to taste.  Mix all together with your hands.  Roll mixture into 1-2 inch balls, depending on how big you like the meatballs to be.


  • Place meatballs in a lightly greased crockpot
  • Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke
  • Pour over meatballs
  • Cook on low heat in Crockpot for 6 hours
  • Serve on bread, rice, noodles or plain
