Use an 80/20 mixture for the ground beef so the meat will be juicy but not overly greasy.

Cheddar cheese is the best type of cheese to use for Cheesy Stuffed Meatloaf.

Green onions taste great or use a chopped yellow onion.

Tip #4

Shape the ground beef into a rectangle and sprinkle the cheese inside. Then roll it up.

Use a little liquid smoke in this meatloaf to get that rich, smoky flavor.  Delicious!
