*Missed the first part of 31 Days To Becoming A Proverbs 31 Woman? You can read it here.
She makes linen garments and sells them; she delivers sashes to the merchant.
Okay, so I can sew a little. I can use a machine and sew in a mostly straight line. (Kinda like my sort of rectangles when rolling out dough.) I enjoy looking at the nice looking fabric in the store and thinking of all the things I could make, if I had an ounce of talent. Rest assured ladies, sewing isn’t a requirement for being a Proverbs 31 woman. That is good for me. :-)
What you are supposed to do is the best you can for your family. Think about how you can earn money or save money for your family. Right before I started typing this, I was on Kohl’s website. I was trying to get my children a few items. I spent a LONG time figuring the best price. Kohl’s cash, 30% off, free shipping, I was working the numbers until I had the most bang for my buck. I even removed a few items to get the best deal and spend wisely. It is little things like that which God wants us to do for our family. Being a good steward with our money is a great asset for our husbands. He appreciates not having to worry about what we are spending or how we are spending it. He can trust his wife which is priceless.
