Last week I didn’t post a menu plan or post about any freezer fillers. It was a crazy, busy week. As my children get older, there seems to be more places to run and appointments to go to. (Any of you moms who have gone through this crazy stage of life, I would really like some advice!) This week, I am ready to dive back into menu planning and filling the freezer. In fact, I already have a Blueberry Quick Bread recipe I can’t wait to share with you. It is currently in my freezer and the children had it for breakfast this morning. I’m going to guess they will tomorrow as well.
We have company coming over one day and cross country is up and running (ha!) so my menu will revolve around those two things.
Blueberry quick bread, cinnamon raisin scones, toast, bagels, cereal
Macaroni and cheese, PBJ’s, smoothies, fruit, granola bars, ham sandwiches
Ranch Loose-Meat Hamburgers, veggies, blueberries, tater tots
Grilled Hamburgers, salad, fruit salad, chips, baked beans, chocolate chip cookie delight (we have company coming over)
Parmesan Herb Chicken, corn, fruit, rolls
Breakfast-Waffles, caramel rolls, fruit, eggs
White Chicken Chili Soup, (yes, we eat soup in the summer) yeast rolls, salad
Family Gathering (Everyone is bringing a picnic lunch and a dessert to share. I think I am going to bring my Marshmallow M&M Brownies)
