Horseshoe Cake

Jessica from Sweetwater Cakes sent in this cute Horseshoe Cake.  It would be perfect for the cowboy or cowgirl in your life.

About this Horseshoe Cake: It is a vanilla cake and cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting.  It is then topped with fondant hats, boots and chocolate horseshoes.  Simply color the fondant whatever color you want then cut them out.  You can use cookie cutters or other objects to help make your shapes.

Want some great tips on frosting and making a cake? Check out Wilton.  They have great frosting recipes on their site as well as some great cake baking tips.
