This is impressive, wouldn’t you say? This Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cake came one day as I was striving to do something different. The only problem, as you can tell, I was in a hurry to put the frosting on so I could snap a picture and we could eat it. The frosting didn’t get mixed up properly. (Whisk, whisk, whisk!) Good thing we aren’t perfect around here. Nobody noticed and nobody cared. Everyone ate. And ate. And ate. 🙂
Remember, just because you don’t make picture perfect food, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try! Your family will enjoy the taste of your cooking over the picture perfect quality!
I so enjoy taking tried and true recipes and turning them into something different. I impressed my family by simply using a different pan to cook my cinnamon rolls in.

Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cake
Use Baking With Mom’s Cinnamon Roll recipe. Follow all directions. However, instead of putting them in a 9×13 pan, use a greased bundt pan. Put all the cinnamon rolls side by side filling all gaps at the bottom of the pan. Let rise while oven is preheating to 350*. Bake for 30-40 minutes, test for doneness. We like our baked goods a little on the underdone side, so my baking time is usually a little on the less side.
