School is back in session! Already I have heard “Mom I need…” for something school related. I guess I am running to the store today.
As I am trying to get into the school, homeschool and sport activities groove, I find myself wishing I had more meals in the freezer. I am going to focus on meals for Fill It Up Friday. Last week was a successful week as I put away peaches (canned and frozen), fried up ground beef and grilled more chicken. I’m thinking casseroles of all flavors this week. . I’m also thinking I MUST clean out my freezer because not only do things fall out when we open the door, sometimes the door does not close. Unfortunately, the children do not pay attention to that. You guessed it, I walked by and cold air was coming from the freezer. Time to rearrange.
Macaroni and cheese, grilled cheese, PBJ’s, grilled chicken salad, granola bars
Chicken Noodle Casserole, green beans, cornbread
Pizza Burger (I hope to get a better picture for you. Some of the first pictures I took…not good!) 😉 salad, rolls
