Week three on the weekly meal plan and I must say, it is going quite well. Just the fact I have stuck with it for three weeks is a HUGE accomplishment for me.
Yea for me. 😉
I do have some disappointing news from last week’s menu. We tried the pancake casserole and, quite frankly, it was not good. I mean, it was okay, just not noteworthy. I took pictures and even they didn’t turn out great. So, I am not going to post about the pancake casserole. I may try it again and tweak it to our liking. If that works out, you’ll be the first to know.
Now the Italian Sausage Soup was delicious and declared a hit by all. Watch for it on Thursday.
As for this week’s weekly meal plan, we are starting to get in the groove of after school activities. Of course, the kid’s are off on Monday so I think we are heading to Target to spend a gift card.
Ryan can’t wait as it is his gift card. The other children are a little jealous. I kinda am too. 😉
Last week, I also told you about a trip I thought we were going to take on Friday. That didn’t happen either. It was pj day at school and we can’t miss that. However, I did get my new counter top installed and a new kitchen sink. My husband spent two days putting it in for us and I am so grateful.
So happy to have this gone!!
