Sometimes, Simple M&M Cookies are all you need. Enjoy.
We are all in the Christmas spirit over here. I don’t know about you, but the weather is FRIGID in our neck of the woods. When the weather was in the 50’s, it was hard to realize Christmas was a’coming. We get it now. 🙂
There is, to me, no greater dessert then the cookie. I enjoy all types and brands. All shapes and sizes. All makes and models. Cookies are easy to make and you don’t feel so guilty eating two or three. I mean, it isn’t like you are eating two or three pieces of pie, right?!?
Just say right and take a bite of another cookie…
Anyway, I have a favorite cookie recipe. My chocolate chip cookie recipe typically receives rave reviews and my family calls it my signature cookie. To change it up, as I make it often, I like to put M&M’S in the cookies for the Simple M&M Cookies.
When is the last time you bit into a warm cookie that had M&M’S in them? The M&M’S hold their shape in the oven so the chocolate is a little melty yet the outside is still crunchy. Delicious!
Simple M&M Cookies
Making these cookies will only take a few minutes. The ingredients come together very easily and they only take about 7 minutes in the oven. Well, if you like soft cookies like we do. If you would rather have a more “done” cookie add a few more minutes. I get in trouble when I have “over” done cookies. They must be gooey for my family.
