Oatmeal Cookie Dough Brownies – Gooey brownie topped with oatmeal cookie dough. Delicious dessert recipe you will love.
I could really end the post right with these words: Oatmeal Cookie Dough Brownies. What else is there to say? Gooey brownies (from a box so it’s easy) topped with oatmeal cookie dough (eggless so enjoy all you want) made with love.
Well, maybe not made with love. I didn’t really make it with the family in mind. I made it because it sounded good to me. Shh… don’t tell them. 😉
I make a chocolate chip cookie dough brownie that is extremely good and this recipe is like that. However, I thought the oatmeal would add a new twist to the recipe and it would involve less flour. I also made oatmeal cookie dough brownies so my “maker” would help me make something. Caleb loves to help “make” in the kitchen and the kids were at school so what better time. Having him help me can be a challenge when flour goes flying out of the bowl or more chocolate chips get eaten than I would want.
It’s all good though. He loves it and he is learning so much.
Memories in Oatmeal Cookie Dough Brownies
I, too am making memories. He is our youngest and our last so I am determined to enjoy flour flying out of the bowl and his mile a minute talking. In fact, right now Cora (10) is in the kitchen making brownie cupcakes herself. Different ages and different stages. Gotta love life.
And the fact I will have brownies in a few minutes and I didn’t have to make them. I did tell her I wasn’t cleaning up after her so we will see if dishes get done or not. 🙂
